Event inquiry information

When you send an inquiry, the website stores the contact and event details you provide in a private database and sends an email notification to Jim. A confirmation is also sent to the address you provide. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a booking.

Website services and security

Hostinger provides website hosting. Inquiry notifications are sent to Jim’s Comcast inbox. CodeBreeze Solutions supports the website and may access inquiry records when needed for maintenance or troubleshooting. A protected hash of your connection address helps limit repeated submissions; the raw address is not stored with your inquiry. Email delivery status is recorded separately.

Cookies and tracking

The website uses a temporary session cookie for form security and feedback. It does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Draft event details are not saved in your browser.
